Trip to West Yellowstone

My birth dad flew me up to West Yellowstone in March and I got to spend a wonderful week there. I loved the town of West Yellowstone...it is beautiful. They don't plow the streets and a lot of people ride around town on their snowmobiles. I thought that was so cool. We went on a "little" snowmobile ride...which was only 40 miles and 3 hours long... I loved it though, it was great fun. We went on a "I spy wildlife" ride and I saw a bunch of bighorn sheep, some antelope, swans, and mule deer. I loved our sight seeing drives and learned about the big earthquake many years ago. I loved going to the candy store and learned to make the most delicious caramel popcorn and candied almonds. I loved filling up my "goody bag" it helps to know the owners...they give you lots of free samples. Yum..the most delicious homemade chocolates I ever had. We drove to Bozeman one day and had lunch with my sisters, it was great to see them. I appreciated my trip very much, it was so relaxing. Thanks to my family at home who are so supportive while I take my "mom vacations."

Should you be leaning over that giant vat without a hair net? I don't think that looks sanitary. A vat that big seems like it requires some sort of lunch-lady attire. . . lol

Brooke, you are so funny..Actually the store was pretty empty..I was informed if the store had been busy...I would have had to pull my hair back.
