Wendy's visit and Aaron's drum performance

Wendy came to visit me in February. I love it when she comes to visit. We go way back. We went to see the movie..Dear John...it was very sad. We did some of our other favorite things like eating and shopping. She also got to be my real estate partner and show some houses with me. We didn't take as many photos as we usually do when we get together..too bad. She got to see Aaron's first public drum performance at our ward talent show...well she was actually the camera girl for our family, documenting it on film...for posterity. Later that night, Wendy and I entertained the kids and a few of their friends with an original dance performance we choreographed back in the 80's - a little song called..."We Built This City." Shockingly we remembered most of the moves. Unfortunately, Ariel captured most of it on video..she has been dying to put it on Facebook..but I have objected up to this point. Aaron did a great job at the talent show. We were so proud of how brave he was. He played along to a song called "Naive" from the Kooks. After they announced the talent show in church, he made the call to the ward activity leader and told him he wanted to play his drums..after he got off the phone, he fell into the chair and said his stomach felt so sick, like he had just gotten off a roller coaster ride with five loop-de-loops. That is some serious fright! He was very nervous that night, but you couldn't tell and he did awesome.
