On Memorial day Todd started a new tradition, he called it the "Hendrix Family Shoot Out." Unfortunately, I was recovering from surgery and had to stay at home. I was so glad they took so many pictures of the event. The kids had a great time and shot a variety of weapons. From what I hear, they are all naturals. They seemed to enjoy posing for the pictures almost as much as they enjoyed the shooting. They had a picnic lunch and Aaron and Megan even did a little truck driving. I look forward to joining in next year.
When Meg got home from the shooting excursion, she made this poster and put on all of our bedroom doors...I thought it was terribly clever.

Ha ha! We will not be joining one of your shooting expeditions, but it looks like lots of fun! We all get to do the things our Dad's love (I watched a lot of Star Trek, hiked mountains, fished and went rock hounding with my dad). My poor kids adventures will all be film/computer related, I fear!
