Ariel turned 17 September 11, 2008. Here are some pictures of her birthday fun. The real thoughtful photo where she is holding the world with the peace sign was saved as the "biggest and best" present for her to open last. I had asked her for days what she wanted for her birthday finally she said..."World Peace"...there! So I gave it my best shot at giving her world peace...

What a great post! Is it just me, or is Ariel actually excited in that top photo? Wow - save that shot! Love the world peace joke - see Angela, how could we ever have known about fun stuff like this without your blog?
